From the ordinance

One (1) legal on-street parking space may be substituted for every required parking space... A fifteen (15) percent reduction in the number of required parking spaces is allowed for uses with a main entrance within a walking distance of two thousand six hundred forty (2,640) feet of an operating transit stop.
