The planned rural residential district (PRR) is intended to encourage innovative development designs accommodating agricultural and forestry practices. Minimum lot size: Two (2) acres. Maximum building height for agricultural structures is fifty (50) feet. All other structures shall not exceed thirty-five (35) feet. Non-residential floor area ratio of 0.2.
