The purpose of the village (V) district is to provide for a compatible mixture of commercial, cultural, institutional, governmental, and residential uses in a village-like setting. Minimum lot area: 2,500 sq ft for single-family detached. Maximum height: 60 ft. Density: 6 dwelling units per gross acre.
