Manufactured homes shall be placed on permanent foundations and shall meet all applicable building code requirements.
From the ordinance
Maximum density shall be eight dwelling units per acre. A minimum of 10 percent of the total land area of a manufactured home park shall be set aside as common open space. All manufactured home parks shall be served by public water and public sewer. Manufactured homes shall be placed on permanent foundations.
