From the ordinance

The shopping center off-street parking requirement set forth in the minimum required parking spaces table above shall be applicable to all uses in a shopping center, except the area occupied by theaters with more than two thousand (2,000) seats. An additional three-tenths (0.3) space shall be provided for each seat above two thousand (2,000) seats.
