The minimum lot area shall be two acres. The minimum lot width shall be 150 feet. The minimum front yard setback shall be 50 feet from the public street right-of-way. The minimum side yard setback shall be 30 feet from all property lines. The minimum rear yard setback shall be 30 feet. The maximum building height shall be 35 feet. The maximum density shall be 20 beds per acre. Off-street parking shall be provided in accordance with section 50-103(g)(6). All buildings shall be set back a minimum of 20 feet from any internal driveway or parking area.
