Commercial motor vehicle parking lots, as defined in this article, include lots or portions thereof used for the storage or parking of six or more motor vehicles for a consideration. Service or repair facilities are not permitted. Such parking lot shall not be considered an accessory use. No commercial motor vehicle parking lot shall be used for the storage of dismantled or wrecked motor vehicles, parts thereof, or junk.
