All outside storage, including vehicles awaiting repair, waste disposal and recycling facilities, shall be screened from view by height appropriate opaque fencing and/or landscaping.

The following shall apply to all owner-operator auto service facilities in addition to any conditions imposed with the requisite conditional use permit: ... D.
