Lot width at the front lot line shall be measured as the shortest distance between the two points created where the side lot lines intersect the front lot line. Lot width at the front building line shall be measured as the shortest distance along a straight line which passes through a point on each side lot line and the point on the building, structure or use, subject to such regulation, nearest the front lot line.
