Cluster development of multifamily dwellings shall be permitted with conditional use permit in the Business-2 (B-2) Zoning District provided that site plan approval shall be required for any cluster development prior to issuance of a conditional use permit. Cluster development of single-family dwellings shall be permitted by right in the RU, R-1, and R-2 Zoning Districts. ... There are no lot width or area requirements. ...
