Nonresidential uses of buildings shall not be conducted or located closer than 50 feet to any lot line of the Residential-1 (R-1), Residential-2 (R-2), Rural (RU) or Conservation (C) District except that the minimum yard requirements may be reduced by up to 50% if acceptable landscaping approved by the Administrator is provided.
