• Loading space location

  All on-site loading space shall be provided on the same lot with the use to which it is appurtenant.

  One space for the first 8,000 square feet of commercial area, plus one space for each additional 20,000 square feet of commercial area; one space for the first 8,000 square feet of office space, plus one space for each additional 20,000 square feet of office space; or one space for the first 10,000 square feet of industrial floor area, plus one space for each additional 20,000 square feet of industrial floor area.

  All on-site loading areas shall be a dustless surface and shall be maintained in a smooth, well graded condition.
