An area containing ten acres or more of land developed by the owner to accommodate paying guests for stays of short duration in tents, campers, or motor homes designed for single families or travel trailers owned by the guests. Campgrounds must comply with regulations for sanitation imposed by the County Health Officer; and a special use permit shall be obtained in every case.
