The minimum lot area for permitted uses shall be 1.5 acres (65,340 square feet) without public water and sewer systems, and three-quarters acre (32,670 square feet) with public water and sewer systems. No development within this district shall have a density greater than six dwelling units per gross acre of site area, nor shall buildings on any parcel within this district cover more than 12.5 percent of the total lot area.
