Design

  • Projectile containment

    Outdoor firearm and archery ranges shall be designed so as to contain discharge projectiles within the property on which the range is located.

Noise

  • Noise abatement

    Outdoor and indoor firearm ranges shall be designed so as to substantially avoid noise impacts on neighboring properties.

    Outdoor firearm ranges must have a plan for scheduled periodic recovery, removal, and disposal of lead.
