    An entrance permit from Virginia Department of Transportation shall be obtained prior to the location of any new driveway onto a state road.

    Prior to the occupancy of any new home as described in this section, a valid well and septic permit shall, as applicable, be obtained from Virginia Department of Health

An RV (Recreational Vehicle) used solely for temporary emergency housing may be placed and used in zoning districts where single-family dwellings are permitted at the site of the destroyed or damaged dwelling upon issuance of a temporary zoning permit by the zoning department
