Any wireless support structure greater than 35 ft in height shall be required to set back a distance from all property lines at least the height of such structure.
From the ordinance
In R-C, any standard process project between 50 and 150 ft requires CUP; no new structure shall exceed 150 ft. Structures >35 ft must set back at least height from property lines.
