- Applicability to all property within city limits
The provisions of this ordinance shall apply to all property within the corporate limits of the City of Lynchburg and to new territory that comes within the City limits by annexation, boundary adjustment or otherwise. (Sec. 35.2-2(c))
- Building permit required
No building or structure or part thereof shall be erected, enlarged or altered by any person or organization until such person or organization has met all site plan requirements and has obtained from the City a building permit specifying the use and method of construction of such building, structure or alteration. (Sec. 35.2-6.1(b))
