Accessory structures shall not be located within any front yard, side yard or within five feet of any other structure.

From the ordinance
Pursuant to Code of Virginia, § 5.2-2280 et seq., and Section 43 of the Town Charter, the Town Council of the Town of Luray establishes the planned neighborhood development (PND) zoning ordinance to allow planned neighborhood development on large tracts of land characterized by unified site design for a variety of housing types and densities, clustering of buildings, common open space, and a mix of building types and land uses in which project planning (as permitted herein) and density calculation are performed for the entire development rather than on an individual basis.
