Fencing & walls

No wall and/or fence between a street and a front building line shall be more than 4 ft. in height. Walls and/or fences in any A-3, R-1, R-2, R-3, or planned development district shall not exceed 7 ft. in height without approval of a Special Exception; commercial 8 ft.; industrial 10 ft.
