Where a parking lot abuts a residential district, agricultural district, or a public right-of-way, a landscaping strip of at least 10 ft. in width shall be located. A minimum of 1 deciduous shade tree for each 40 ft. of contiguous property line and 5 shrubs for each 40 ft.
