The minimum width of a transitional buffer must not be reduced below 10 ft.
- Landscape strip adjacent to stormwater facility10 ft
A continuous 10 ft. deep landscape strip, exclusive of easements, shall be located adjacent to any stormwater management facility or BMP.
From the ordinance
Transitional buffers must be located along the boundaries of the adjacent district. Types A and B shall fill the required minimum buffer width. Type C shall be provided in a minimum of two staggered rows.
