Noise

  • Annual noise testing required

    The Applicant shall submit annually a sound test ... no later than July 1 of each calendar year

    Upon five (5) verified noise complaints to the Zoning Administrator regarding an industrial use within a seven (7) day period

  • Initial noise testing required before Certificate of Occupancy

    Uses shall not receive a Certificate of Occupancy until conformance with the requirements of this section is confirmed.
