Lighting

• Hours of illumination for non-residential adjacent to residential

  Public/civic/recreational uses, commercial uses, and industrial uses ... adjacent to existing residential development or residential zoning districts shall extinguish all exterior lighting, except lighting necessary for security or emergency purposes, within 1 hour after closing and shall not turn on such lights until within 1 hour of opening.

• Maximum color temperature3,000 K

  All exterior lights shall be 3,000 Kelvin light color temperature or less.

• Maximum illumination at lot line0.5 footcandles

  maximum illumination at any lot line abutting an agricultural district, residential district, dwelling, or any public right-of-way, does not exceed 0.5 footcandles.

• Maximum pole heightMaximum heightThe tallest a building may be, given in feet, in storeys, or both — whichever binds first. in industrial districts30 ft

  pole-mounted exterior lighting shall not exceed a height of 30 ft. in Industrial districts

  Each outdoor luminaire subject to these outdoor lighting requirements shall be dark sky compliant with a full cutoff luminaire
