Lighting

  • Hours of illumination for non-residential adjacent to residential

    Public/civic/recreational uses, commercial uses, and industrial uses ... adjacent to existing residential development or residential zoning districts shall extinguish all exterior lighting, except lighting necessary for security or emergency purposes, within 1 hour after closing and shall not turn on such lights until within 1 hour of opening.

    All exterior lights shall be 3,000 Kelvin light color temperature or less.

  • Maximum illumination at lot line0.5 footcandles
