Buildings devoted solely to office and administrative uses shall be located no less than 100 ft. from a public road or adjoining property. Grading, mining, excavating, removal of trees, or any other disturbance of natural vegetation is not permitted within 500 ft. of any property zoned residential or planned development; or dwelling; and within 100 ft. of any commercially zoned property. For oil/gas drilling, no well bore within 750 ft. of any RPA boundary, occupied building or dwelling, or a public road; within 1,000 ft. of a public groundwater supply well; and boreholes not within 100 ft. of any property line.
