Except where animals are confined in soundproofed buildings, no portion of the use shall be located within 100 ft. from the property lines of adjoining agricultural or residentially zoned property; or 200 ft. from any dwelling not on the associated parcel. All exterior runs, play areas, or arenas shall be designed with a minimum 6-foot-high opaque screen.
