All noise associated with the mobile restaurant shall be no louder than 50 dBA at 100 ft. away. Mobile restaurants may operate between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and between 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. No mobile restaurant shall locate within 100 ft. of an entrance to any brick-and-mortar restaurant, within 50 ft. of a single family or two-family residential use, and at least 15 ft. away from fire hydrants.
