Minimum lot area of 5 acres. For establishments adjacent to agriculture or residential districts, all buildings, structures, outdoor areas, and parking areas shall be set back at least 200 ft. from any property line. For adjacent commercial, industrial, or planned development districts, setback is 75 ft.
