Temporary/accessory manufactured dwellings are to be used only while a permanent single-family dwelling unit is being constructed. Only 1 temporary/accessory manufactured dwelling shall be allowed on a lot. All temporary/accessory manufactured dwellings shall only be permitted for a maximum of 2 years. Any temporary/accessory manufactured dwelling shall be removed within 60 days of the date on which the permanent dwelling's construction is complete.
