Section 7-3-3
From the ordinance
The manufactured home shall comply with the Virginia Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Law. The manufactured home dwelling shall be placed on a permanent foundation and shall comply with the requirements of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building code, including skirting requirements.
