When a Site Plan is located on public roads of less than 50 feet in total width, additional right-of-way shall be dedicated to achieve a minimum 50-foot-wide right-of-way where appropriate as determined by the zoning administrator in consultation with the County Attorney.

When a Site Plan is located on public roads of less than 50 feet in total width, additional right-of-way shall be dedicated to achieve a minimum 50-foot-wide right-of-way where appropriate as determined by the zoning administrator in consultation with the County Attorney. All building setbacks shall be measured from the additional dedicated right-of-way.
