Signage

No sign shall have PVC pipe framing. No sign shall have day-glo or fluorescent colors.
Off-premise billboards, feather signs (except temporary special event exception), motion/rotation signs, roof signs, flashing lights, portable trailer-mounted signs, long-term parked vehicles with signs (>2 weeks), signs on property without consent, signs painted directly on building without approval, and any other sign not permitted.
- Sign inspection and maintenance
Zoning administrator shall inspect all permanent signs at least once a year; defective signs must be repaired or removed within 30 days of notice.

Fines for noncompliance not to exceed $100.00.
- Temporary signs
Temporary signs with 30-day limit shall pay no fee. Feather signs permitted during special events: max 2 signs, business hours only, max 4 days at a time, max 15 days per month.
- Approval for unlisted signs
Any sign not specifically authorized in this subchapter must be approved by the zoning administrator, appealable to the board of zoning appeals.
