- Erosion and sedimentation control
No person, firm or corporation, during construction of a house, building or any other structure, or during any grading or excavation, shall permit erosion or runoff of sediment, mud, dirt, or other debris into creeks, streams or on streets, roads or abutting property.

In Industrial District M-1, any structure to be erected or land to be used shall be for all permitted uses in Residential District R-1 and R-2 and Business District B-1 and B-2 or one or more of the following uses, all of which require a conditional use permit
