Structures or uses accessory to water resources, such as docks and bulkheads, may extend any distance into any yard which adjoins the open water, provided the location complies with all other local, state, and federal laws.

Every part of every required yard will remain unoccupied and unobstructed by a structure or portion of a structure from the ground to the sky, except as otherwise allowed in Table 8308: Allowable Encroachments into Required Yards.
