The purpose of the R-5 General Residence District is to provide for townhouses and multifamily housing. Allowed uses include: Townhouses at a density of 12 units per acre; Multifamily dwellings at a density of 14.5 units per acre; and Supporting institutional, recreational, and public facilities and uses.
