  For any sign in the B-1, B-2, B-3, M-1, M-2, or M-3 districts, the image or message must not change more often than once every ten seconds.

• ProhibitedProhibitedNot allowed in the district at all, short of rezoning or a variance. signs

  Prohibited signs include those attached to vegetation, simulating traffic control, on stationary vehicles, with moving parts, flashing lights, searchlights, emitting smoke/sound, off-premises commercial signs, on public land, on roofs, or obstructing views.
