Environmental

• Maximum number of ingress/egress points during construction1 count

  Ingress and egress during construction must be limited to one access point unless otherwise approved by the County Engineer.

• Maximum encroachment into seaward portion of buffer50 ft

  The encroachment may not extend into the seaward 50 feet of the buffer area.

  The 100-foot-wide buffer area will be deemed to achieve a 75 percent reduction of sediments and a 40 percent reduction of nutrients.

  Owners of all individual onsite sewage disposal systems that do not require a VPDES permit must, at least once every five years, either pump out their septic tanks and submit documentation thereof, or submit documentation ... that the onsite sewage disposal system has been inspected within the last five years
