An accessory dwelling unit is allowed only as accessory to a single-family detached dwelling. No more than one ADU per lot. Floor area must not exceed the lesser of 800 sq ft or 35% of finished floor area of principal dwelling. At least one off-street parking space must be provided in addition to those required for the principal dwelling. Not rented for less than 30 days.
