All accessory uses and accessory structures must: 1. Directly serve the principal use; 2. Be customarily accessory and incidental; 3. Be subordinate in area, height, extent, and purpose; 4. Be subordinate in lot coverage to the principal use if accessory to a single-family dwelling; 5. Be owned or operated by the same person; 6. Be located on the same lot; 7. Not violate any standards; 8. Not be constructed prior to the principal use.
