An access easement at least 20 feet wide must be provided to the site of any pumping station, water storage tank, or well house. County-owned water and sewer pumping stations, water storage tanks, well houses, and similar facilities must be set back 20 feet from all lot lines (this requirement supersedes the setbacks of Article 3). An electrical substation serving a specific use or project must not be located within 50 feet of any lot in a Residential district or any other lot where the principal use is a dwelling.
