An electrical power generation facility must not be located within 250 feet of any lot line. An electric substation serving a community- or region-wide area must not be located within 100 feet of any lot in a Residential district, or within 20 feet of any lot in any other district. A sewage treatment plant must not be located within 400 feet of any Residential district, or within 200 feet of any other lot where the principal use is a dwelling.
