From the ordinance
The dog park must include at least one acre of land, excluding wetlands, floodplains, and resource protection areas. The dog park must be enclosed by a fence having a minimum height of five feet with at least one double-gated entry and exit. A minimum of 15 parking spaces must be provided in addition to any other parking spaces required by this Ordinance. Retail sales, boarding, and other commercial activities are not allowed at a dog park.
