Community garden accessory buildings must be limited to storage buildings for tools, greenhouses, and seasonal farm stands. The combined area of all buildings and other structures must not exceed 15 percent of the area of the parcel. Areas used for communal composting must be located a minimum of 50 feet from the perimeter of the site and must not exceed ten percent of the area of the parcel or 100 square feet, whichever is smaller.
