The minimum area for a new cemetery is two acres. ... All graves must be located a minimum of 50 feet from the perimeter of the site and a minimum of 250 feet from any dwelling or well. A fence complying with Article 5, Division 4, Fences and Walls, must be provided around the perimeter of the cemetery.
