Signage

  • Freestanding sign type required

    All freestanding signs in the O-CC district shall be monument signs.

The following sign types shall not be permitted anywhere in the O-CC district: (i) Signs painted on a building or accessory structure, including fences and walls; (ii) Wall signs that are formed plastic, or injection molded plastic; (iii) Wall signs that are internally illuminated sign box cabinets; (iv) Wall signs that are box-type, back-lit panels; (v) Parapet signs; (vi) Roof signs.
