In addition to the prohibitions set forth in article I of this chapter, the following signs shall be prohibited in the Magruder Visual Corridor Overlay (O-MVC) District: (a) Signs painted on a building. (b) Portable signs. (c) Reader boards. (d) Animated signs. (e) Off-premises advertising signs. (2) Limitations on permitted signs.
