Parking
- Conditions to exceed maximum parking
If new surface lot, must incorporate low impact features: stormwater handled on-site via permeable paving, underground detention, bioretention, etc., and 25% of surface area shaded by tree canopy; or alternative approved. If structured parking, no additional low impact features required.
- Maximum parking standards
Maximum parking standards are established in Tables 11-2.1 through 11-2.5.
