- Number of loading spaces
Buildings of 20,000 sqft or less require 1 loading space; buildings in excess require 2 loading spaces.
- Loading space dimensions
Each loading space shall measure no less than 10 ft wide by 25 ft long, vertical clearance at least 14 ft, backing space at least 24 ft.
Loading spaces shall not be located closer than 10 ft to any rights-of-way, or closer than 20 ft to any residential use or property zoned residential.
