Accessory dwelling units

Accessory buildings or structures shall not be taller than the main roofline of the main building nor shall accessory structures be greater than two (2) stories regardless of the height of the main building.

Accessory buildings or structures for residential uses may include a garage or covered parking, home occupation uses, storage space, and storage for trash receptacles. The footprint of accessory buildings or structures shall not be larger than fifty (50) percent of the main building's footprint.
