Each duplex lot created after the property is zoned RT-1 District shall have a minimum frontage of sixty-two and one-half (62½) feet;

In the RT-1 district, duplex dwellings shall be in conformance with the requirements of the R-8 district, with two (2) modifications: (a) Each duplex lot created after the property is zoned RT-1 District shall have a minimum frontage of sixty-two and one-half (62½) feet; and (b) No duplex dwelling constructed after the property is zoned RT-1 shall have a driveway with direct access to an arterial street.
